Check Depot Return Policy?
At Check Depot, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If there is an issue with an order, they are committed to resolving it. In the event of a mistake on their part, they will reproduce the order at no additional cost, even if the customer requests were not clear. They also offer the option of a refund.
If a customer provides incorrect information by mistake, Check Depot will remake the order at cost. However, because each order is custom-printed to the customer's specifications, returns and refunds are not possible on printed items.
Blank check stock or window envelopes can be returned with a 10% restocking fee within 30 days of invoice. All items must be in "as-new" resellable condition, in original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable, and returned items are shipped at buyer expense.
If an order has not yet been processed, it may be possible to cancel it at no charge. If it has entered into print production, it may not be possible to cancel without a cancellation charge. Once an order has been printed, it is not possible to cancel and the customer is responsible for payment.
